Hi there! I’m Megan, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mom of two young girls. I am passionate about realistic nutrition for families because I know first hand how hard it can be to get kids eating well(and some grown ups too!). I began meal planning while studying at Nutrition school and it transformed how I fuel my family and helped my growing kids learn to love food.

I received a Diploma after my studies in Holistic Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. While in school I learned a myriad of nutrition things especially how food affects the human body, but also how important quality nutrition is during childhood. I have since delved into childhood nutrition, focussing on how to nourish children well. Through using various strategies like The Division of Responsibility to feed my kids I have found mealtimes generally a breeze(along with meal planning). I wish more people knew about these things, so I started this blog to share my adventures in nutrition and feeding my own two kiddos!
